I know this may be a stupid question, but are all the DALnet servers still down? I can't seem to connect to any of them and all the ports I need are open and everything.

Check this site for a list of working DALnet servers.

For me at least, irc.dal.net is working, wonder if they'll take it offline again.

They probably will if they get nailed again. Round robins are a war bots best mate.
