how do i turn of the dcc get popup when i download somthing

Do you mean the dialog that pops up asking you if you want to accept the file someone is sending? You could not show that, and autoaccept everything sent to you, but thats really not safe at all. Go into mIRC's options, file/options/dcc (or hold down your alt key and click the o key) and click on the HELP button to read about the options in that area.
