I've been bugged by the fact when I try to select a single character in mIRC it won't copy it. It's quite annoying to me since I copy characters enough to check their ascii value or just paste em somewhere else.

I figured I'd just post here about to see what others say. Maybe there was a reason given before or something. If others think that is annoying also I'll make a feature suggestion.

I seem to recall seeing this mentioned before, but a quick search failed to bring up the topic I was looking for.

It is supposed to be a feature so you never lose what you have in your clipboard unintentionally
