so everytime i open a channel or a pm this long line comes up and its very annoying i understand to get rid of it i press ctrl + L but when i close the pm or channel and re open it there is the line again. is there anyway to stop it showing please.. well there is i just cant find it...?

This is the line marker, you can disable it in the display option
