That's like asking 'what's the best beer in the world' or 'what's the best car in the world'. There are thousands - and the best one is the one you like best. Bear in mind than ANY server can come under DoS attacks at any time, making it difficult to connect to...that doesn't mean it's a 'bad' server, it just means there are more idiots connected to it at the time

I know what the best IRC server is but I'll decline to answer. The best car in the world is a Holden, the best beer is Tooheys Old, the best fridge is a Kelvinator and the best lawnmower is a Victa.

LOL didnt we all just get done replying to a similar question? anyways i said it before and ill say it again...the best network determines on the chatters that frequent it....same goes for channels as well and so there is no "Best" one the ones that are the best usually determines where youre often chatting...does that make any sense? well anyways there ya have it...
