What personal flood protection is "needed" in a script? so far i have spam/ctcp,query,msg,notice and ban something needed to be added?

Bans are considered personal flood? =)

flood's directed to/against you, not to the whole channel.

maybe "invite" (but the notices count for channel, too...), dcc requests

I made a DCC chat request, will make one for send too.. =)
