Can mirc's nicklist and main channel window be refreshed automatically without doing a hopping?

What? Of course, channel windows and the nicklist are always "live", they don't need refreshing.

To do a real 'refresh' (in-case you were in Auditorium mode and got opped or similar)

Type this in your channel window:

//names # | clear #
