Is there someone who has FREE hosting for my IRC?
So i can set up a site + forum + 1 download....

Do a search for either dedicated hosting or shell accounts.

You may strike it lucky and find a shell provider that will host you for nothing but that is increasingly diminishing as the 'Net becomes more commercialised. Dedicated hosting will always cost you an arm and a leg.

Yeah, like watchdog said you might find one or two that might do it for free. Just remember though, you get what you pay for.

There are a few free shell providers, none of which allow IRCds. And even if they did, expect it to be run on a 56k modem on a PC that disconnects from the internet quite often.

Aint looking for eggdrop host or whatever.

No such thing as a fast host that is free. It's hard enough getting a fast host that you pay for that lives upto it's claims. My webhost is fast, very fast, but I also pay alot of money for the privilege and by that I mean several hundred dollars per annum. Free sites are like stirring three-day-old concrete.
