i can get into channel,but when i sent message, this error came out "Your own modes prohibit you from sending that type of message".what should i do? any help pleasssssssssseeeee..thx

Is this happening in the channel or only when you send a pm, /notice or /msg? If you're on Webnet, you need to type /umode -mM to be able to send and receive private messages.
