Hi Folks,

I just want to know, how do I change the behaviour of MIRC to open URL in my favourite browser and not the IE. Even if the IE is not the default Explorer URLs out of MIRC are opened in IE. All other Programs does show the right behavisour of opening URL.

Get the latest version of mIRC (6.16). What you are describing is an old bug that was fixed.

If you still have same problem after upgrade.
you may have to get app called "setbrowser"
http://www.pc-tools.net/win32/setbrowser/
to force urls to open in your favorite browser.
