is there any way to send a message to a moderated channel beside the QUIT message, if your are not voiced/half-oped/oped?
to explain what i mean, i tried with /msg /notice and /ctcp but none works...

The point of the +m mode is to prevent you from doing that, so what would be the point in a method to evade it? You shouldn't be talking on +m channels, if the ops want you to, then they'll voice or op you.

Some networks suppress the quit message in +m channels too.
