i was just wondering about the triviabots and how they work...people here have told me to get a triviabot for my chatroom but im unsure how they work and i have heard that they are not safe to use... is this true? if its not could anyone make a triviabot for me or give me a safe one to use i would be greatfull thanks.

I don't think you'd be in luck with someone righting a Trivia Bot on the fly.

And I guess the only thing I'd see wrong with a trivia bot is that it could get flooded off but any half-decent bot would have a flood control trigger or something anyway. Do a search for TrivBot2001 by guitarman.

Trivia bots are perfectly safe to use. If you're concerned about some bot having some kind of backdoor or whatever, just don't op your bot. And, yes, Trivbot2001 is a great bot. It's what we started with. We have our own now thanks to a lot of hard work of some individuals. If it wasn't so customized for our channel, I'd release it for others as it's much more powerful than any other trivia script I've ever seen. Oh well.
