Okay I this message appeared in the chan from one of the fserves after it stopped serving by a trigger or something.
"Do Not Abuse My File Server i have had too set limits because people were abusing it and my ISP almost shut me down! Thus Combustion Serv is Distro only Hence Forth"
What does that mean? What does Distro mean?

I don't imagine you asked the guy that said it, did you? or someone else in the same channel?

Certain file server channels have certain "dump" sites that are used exclusively to serve files to the other fileservers in the channel.

In other words, the fileserver in question is only available to certain regulars in the channel and is no longer available to "the general public".

Distro usually is short for Distribution...

But don't ask me it's meaning in the context :P
