Which server is recommended to find people to chat with from Ontario, Canada?

With the internet and chat rooms being available world wide, there's no way to know for sure where the other people are connecting from. I, personally, am in Ontario, Canada, and chat on irc.bondage.com But if you're looking for a server that just has chatters from Ontario, Canada, I honestly don't think you're going to find one.
