Ive recently found a very good pocket pc version of an irc client, it is available only for pocket pc 2002/2003 at this time its called prochat and is available for free at -edit- search pocket pc directory for prochat. The most useful feature (for chanops and ircops) is a built in predefined message system that pulls down on a menu underthe chat box.
