Make a sticky thread about telling people we only help with mirc here .Maybe there can me a thread setup directing people to some links for help for there operating system/program or u could tell them to search google first. thoughts?

Strictly speaking this particular forum is for general topics (hence the name; General Discussion). It doesn't have to be about mIRC.

Altho we do focus mainly on mIRC and IRC related issues, people can ask general questions, and are generally given suggestions for other places to look for help beyond our answers if thats needed. Thats something that i think needs to be done on a case by case basis in order to give the best advice.
