Everyone keeps saying welcome back, but I STILL can't log on! What gives? Has there been a change in how one must log in? The system keeps telling me 'Unable to connect (Can't assign requested address)'. HELP!

It makes me wonder if people ever read the websites belongong to the IRC network they chat on. Quite clearly your server admin will know of your problem better than anyone else will.
