Not every forum in existence is a phpBB forum. You can get a free forum for your site which is phpBB from the phpBB website, www.phpbb.com.

These forums are made by InfoPop. They do cost money as far as I know, you can see information at www.infopop.com.

On thier site, they make it look like you have to pay for IPB, but it's actually free. http://www.invisionboard.com/
