I don't even understand your question...

If you mean the key as in the +k channel mode then there is no way to obtain it from outside of the channel, unless you have access to some sort of eggdrop bot with the correct TCL scripts installed, or indeed ask an op of the channel for it.

/who hasn't got anything to do with the channel key...if you're referring to the Quakenet 'Q' channel service, I doubt there is a way to get a "key" unless you have access to the channel with 'Q'.

By "silent helper" I assume you mean someone who is willing to help you with something which is not allowed as such - you really should know better than to request something like that, you've been here long enough.

If a channel is set on +k, it's to prevent people to join this channel without the required password.
Technically you can't retrieve this password.
The only way to get the key is to ask for it (duh!) or link your own ircd server to the hub (admin privileges needed).
