Where does mIRC get it's server list anyhow? Its missing irc.irc-chat.net which if you check netsplit.de is in the top 30 irc networks. And, well, with dalnet dead it seems odd to have it as the default mIRC join channel. But, I guess that's another issue. And it wasn't dead when the last server list was churned out.

The servers list is maintained by krejt, for a server to be on there it has to be submitted. DALnet is still there because people are hoping one day it will come back online.

Talking about DALnet let me inform you that DALnet is not offline... just kinda restricted/staff only since most servers work with a passwd or on a diferent ip/port... but DALnet is still online and will still be till DALnet staff decides to take it down.
