Forums Bug Reports trouble with notify on different servers

Hi all.
My irc server's software is hybrid-rus1.4 (irc.sbor.ru). It doesn't support WATCH command, which mIRC uses to find users from notify list. So i always get "WATCH Unknown command" with notify enabled.
I checked it also with mIRC 6.03 and 6.15, 6.03 uses "/ison" instead of "/watch", 6.15 uses "/watch" too. Then i looked into rfc1459, there is description of "ison message" (5.8) but none of "watch".
So the trouble is in mIRC or in my irc server? Is there any solution? (for example, WATCH is also unknown command on undernet)

If the server is properly configured mIRC should use the only available way of determining if someone is online.
If WATCH is sent in the 005 numeric then mIRC will use it, otherwise it will use ISON on a timer.
