Well, one day i did a /join #channel and just after it did a alt+r to open the Script Editor before join the channel. When mIRC openned the channel window it didn't put it as the active window. Is this a bug? P.S.: Sometimes I /join channels with the Script Editor already open and when mIRC get into the channel it sets the active window as the channel window... and sorry for the bad english

Strange, if i have the script editor open, the active window doesnt change at all if i open a channel.

But having the editor open isnt the common thing now is it smile

it is very common for me... I often switch channels and windows while scripting so I leave the editor open... (mostly switching between #channel and status window)

haven't noticed this bug though

This behaviour is purposeful. If you are editing a script, mIRC will not change the focus to any newly opened windows.
