I've recently run into a problem.
When I add people to the notify-list, and check the "perform /whois", it only displays the /whois info on the first name in the list that's on the server - instead of /whois-info on all the nicks currently connected.
I know that it worked in earlier versions of the mIRC client - I'm not sure if it's the client which have changed, or the EFNet-servers - it seems that EFNet-servers don't accept the /whois nick1,nick2 command - they only display the first /whois
I consider this a bug - it is rather annoying
