Hi,

I would like to see an option (checkbox) which disallows others to see your (IRC) idle time when they /whois you. Is this possible?

this is something from server-side, you can't fix it so it won't happen

or you could send every second something to the server.. That way you'll never be idle..

might also get you killed for flooding though.

but ppl won't see your idle-time

Okay, sounds fair enough, but how come I don't see the idle time on like 90% of all the people on (DalNet) IRC?

I do something like the below. 40 seconds also works.
ON *:CONNECT:.timer.pong 0 80 tser
alias tser pong :É? $ctime

I don't mean to beat a dead horse here ...BUT... could you please clarify that a bit more for me please... and if possible go REAL s-l-o-w. It takes me awhile
