being able to chose where to place a listbox and the size and height of a listbox in an @window

I think this should only be an option for picture windows. Currently, you're only able to use /window -pl @Window, which will make a picture window with a listbox sidebar, it would be good if you're able to specify that you'd like the "picture window" section of the window to be at the top, bottom, left or right.
