The way dialogs are designed right now, anytime an object is updated in a dialog, all objects are refreshed. When there are few objects, this is not noticeable. However, for large dialogs with many objects (specifically "icon" images), it becomes very noticeable. Most programming languages allow you to only refresh a single object at a time rather than the entire window/dialog/etc. I'd like to see this feature in mIRC as well.
