Is is possible to make a script that makes it so if you say
!a blah blah blah
only admin/op/owner could see it?
I'm wanting to make a script that makes several channels inside a channel so it's like a comms system

E.g. /msg @#mIRC hello world
Or /msg +#mIRC hello world
