Is there a command to make a bot say something globally?

e.g.
Quote:
<someperson> !global 0.o
(bot in all channels it is on)
<bot> [GLOBAL] 0.o

I just want to know how to do it, so I can incorporate it into different scripts.

Simply combine an on text event with an amsg command (/help /amsg).
