I don't want the code, I want using what identifiers and remotes/users or something to create the strongest blacklist. Incase you dont know what a blacklist(aka shitlist) It kicks a specific user when he/she joins a channel if they're on the "list" I need a way to do this, I'm thinking by going by their $adress($nick,3) and something else... but I have no clue where to start.
