You mean to see what script someone else is using? Some scripts use CTCP SCRIPT to give information about the script they're using. If not, sometimes information is put as the default reply in CTCP FINGER or as the default 'real name' entry.
If you mean you want to add your script info to the VERSION reply then you should reconsider and use one of the methods mentioned above. The CTCP VERSION reply is for information about the IRC client being used. The very fact that this can't be halted without DLLs or workarounds is a pretty clear indication that Khaled doesn't want it to be tampered with.
