you can make mIRC do the same with:

on *:join:#:if ($nick == $me) { msg # $time }

tho it'd be annoying

again ill <insert msn chat bocking mirc here> but if u want to post ur time to ppl who join a chatroom u would simpley use an on join event much liek what clockwerx has posted ..... altho i think he posted it in reverse of what u asked for ... hopefully if ur able to get around a block on mirc being used u can modify it enough to do what u needcause at this point i wouldnt give anymore help than that myself
