Is it possible to sockwrite my own songs so any user is linked to my ip can listen to it??

You have a program called Shoutcast for that.. smile easy to use and to setup as long as you read the readme included in the install. they also have a nice howto on there web page

As far as I know mIRC is not able to Stream over a socket, much less Multicast a stream.
Shoutcast however can and is made specifically to do just that.
Shoutcast integrates with Winamp and if you want to have an "Internet Radio Station" that is where you might start.
