If you're an IRC operator, type /who *serv. If you aren't, you'll have to specify full nick in your commands.

Just put one on your notify list (with services it's a all-or-nothing situatuion anyway) and use $notify(NickServ).ison

It's just not possible, the ISON command does not work with
wildcards, and the /who command Online recommended
earlier will work, but any users that are set mode +i and not
in a common channel with you, will not be returned, it works
the same if you're an oper.

Yes, but all the services on a network are interconnected - if one goes down, they all go down, so you only need to add one to your notify list, and check if that one is online. If it is, all the others that exist on the network are also online.

If you are looking for which services exist on a network, I think I recall that when you connect to a network, one of the raw event lines is the one specifying services. I could be wrong tho, can't check that here.

Cancel that. On the networks I have checked such message isn't sent. Would be nice tho... Although it's never gonna stop the real idiots from scripting around it.
