This message concerns your IdentD (aka Username) - You have odd characters in it or it fits another pattern that conflicts with their scanners.

To change your IdentD type /IdentD ON New-Ident-Here. Change it to only use letters, all lowercase, and do not make it the same as your nickname or full name. If the server cannot resolve your IdentD then it will substitute it for whatever you set your email as (the bit before the @ symbol). Try changing your email address with /emailaddr new@email - The bit before the @ is sometimes taken.

For help with enabling IdentD, use this thread. This page also has help with the error, and there have been lots of threads started before about this issue so you might want to use the Forum's Search feature, and expand to 'All Forums' and 'All Posts' for best results.

Hope this helps!

Regards,

Mentality/Chris
