mIRC is software, an IRC client, and not involved in the administration of any network or channel. If you are having a problem with a channel, you will need to talk to the founder of that channel or the person who banned you by msging or memoing them. If you are banned from a network, you need to talk to one of their admins and can check on their website for how to contact them.
