ehm untill like 4 days ago i didnt had bnc
and whatever "clone" i connect on network, each client
has its own identd (as i setup), but since i started to use
sbnc (only for 1 connection) any clone that is connected
gets same identd as bnc one, and no matter if i change
internal in clients idents, they again use just one from bnc.

i tried with different ident ports but nothing happen..

why this happens ?
should i change something or...?

the IRC server will request and identd response from the client that is connecting. in your case that isn't you but the BNC. you connect to the BNC but the network doesn't know that.

so it's just a matter of the BNC not relaying the request to your client. go ask the people who wrote the BNC for more information. this has nothing to do with mIRC.

If it ain't broken, don't fix it!

no no you misssunderstood.

i connect only with 1 client to bnc, other 2 or 3 clients are normal connect (no bnc, just plain mirc) but they all take ident from client that uses bnc and cannot be changed at all.

Turn off the ident server in the mirc using the BNC, and set the ident servers on the other two mircs to only work when connecting.
