Forums mIRC Help cant change nick

when i change my nick with /nick it only changes on one server and when i restart my name goes back to what it was.

when i try to change it through the options menu i get the same problem

im using latest mirc with latest noname script

Have you looked if NoName Script has a nick setting?

Btw, it's normal that it would only change on one server when you type /nick.

If you wanted to change your nick across all the servers you are connected to, you could use this: /scon -a nick <nick>

tried that command, still changed back after i restarted mirc

and no (as far as i can see) nnscript has no nick change setting

ive also tried closing all channels and then changing it the nick in the mirc settings and many other things but still no success
