Forums mIRC Help Problem with mirc client or something

sorry if this is the wrong forum and i also did the search..i have the mirc client and i have no firewall yet..i connect too the efnet and when i hit the get list..i don't think im getting the whole list or something because the most people that shows in the rooms are 24-30 people and i know there are more people in the rooms then just that little bit of people..thanx

Do you mean getting a list of channels? Check in the list channels icon and see if you have a max limit set.

i got on to EFnet and used this server irc.easynews.com port 7000 it worked fine for me when i typed /list to assuming thats what you wanted to do and it showed one room for example that had 1364 chatters it took me a few tries due to the fact that no channels were listing because the server load was too heavy...hope this helps
