I want my channel which is on Dalnet to appear in favourite list of mirc how it is possible? what is its requirements and procedure

If your channel becomes independently popular, Khaled (the developer of mIRC) may decide to add it himself.

The channels that do get added to mIRC's default Favorites List are channels that often appear on multiple IRC networks, and not just Dalnet.

If you just want to add your own channel (Or any channel for that matter) to your own favorites list simply open mIRC, select the favorites menu selection, click the Add to favorites... text and enter the channel name and other information necessary to determine which networks the channel appears on, whether or not to automatically join the channel on connect and click okay. That's it. Or are you asking for something else?

I want my chnnel to added by mirc so that every new user can see it in favourites
