Forums mIRC Help Task Bar Issue

I am running Mirc 7.15 in Windows 7. It is a new computer. When I minimize MIRC, the icon disappears from the task bar. If I click on the MIRC icon, it wants to open a new session. If I go to the icons near the time, I can open the running mirc program. How can I fix this issue. Thanks.

Alt-O > Display > Options > Tray > Uncheck "Place mIRC in tray when minimized"

I have that checked, and it is on the bottom right with running programs near the clock. In windows 7, on the bottom left, are the icons of programs opened. This is what I am speaking of. When I minimize, that icon is gone, but the one near the time is still there. I hope that is more specific....Steve

Then uncheck the box.
If you still want the icon in the tray, there is the option to "Always show mIRC icon in tray".
