When a channel has a topic that is too long to be fully displayed in the title bar of the channel window, if you hover the mouse over the title bar, the full text would be displayed as a screen tip. But for some reason this has stopped working for me. I recently migrated to Windows XP, but it had quit working even before then. I'm using mIRC 6.02. Any idea how I can get the title bar text to start showing up as a screen tip again? Thanks...

I'm not exactly sure on the settings for the hover/mouse over. but until someone else pops in and explains try double clicking the chat room window to bring up the channel control panel. you should be able to view the entire subject line there. or you could try typing "/hop" in the channel window u want to view the topic in. /hop will make u part the channel and then join again real fast. where at the point of entering the room again the topic will be displayed to you.
