The admins make the rules for their network/server. If they say no, then we arent going to help you find a way to evade them. If you have a problem with the policy, post on their forum at http://www.gamesnet.net/

In addition:

We have absolutely no access over any IRC network or server. Whilst it is true that some IRC Operators on large networks occasionally/often browse this Forum, those networks have strict policies on how to go about things. Regardless of whether or not a helper on these Forums has any administrative access to a network, posting here is not a way to get in contact with them appropriately. We help with IRC and the mIRC IRC client - these simply allow you to connect to the network, it doesn't mean we can do anything about the network's policies or rules. Khaled can do nothing either.

Also, as GamesNET is a network, emailing one server admin may not be affective. Try emailing more than one server admin, and see if they will allow it - before doing this however, check the servers Message Of The Day (MOTD) by connecting to the server and typing /motd - if it says "NO BOTS" are allowed, then don't pressure/hassle the admin to allow your one - they do not make exceptions.

Good luck, and happy chatting!

Regards,

Mentality/Chris

I found GamesNET on my server list and i was quite amazed when they said on their MOTD list that any "friendly" bots are accepted but no war bots. So, i found a channel to test them. They work quite well. laugh
