"The -uN switch sets the mute setting, where N = 1 is on, N = 2 is off." mIRC help.

The problem is, I can easely mute with /vol -uv 65000, but I can't unmute using neither of the described switches for the /vol command, (wmpvuN), what am I doing wrong.

Ps. is of course running newest version of mIRC, and using WinXP.

For me /vol -u[color:red]2v 65000[/color] will unmute the sound just fine. What command are you using?

Also note the 65000 is not needed.

Ah, that works, thank you.
I must be misreading the help file.
