In fact you must have it otherwise you wouldn't be viewing the text as Fixedsys in mIRC. Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.

There's a truetype version of Fixedsys available here (I've never used it though, so user beware). Spelling mistakes, grammatical errors, and stupid comments are intentional.
