Im having a problem where all the text that is written in channels dosent seem to reach me at the rigth time. When im connected to a server and a channel, after a little while (1 min) all the text stop coming at the moment they are written, they come in small groups at the same time. And example:

(16:08:15) (2) Hvorfor ikk?

(16:08:30) (3) spørs*
(16:08:30) (2) det er til pappa og nora...
(16:08:45) (2) er ikke 100% sikker hva dem skal bruke det til
(16:08:45) (3) Vist han ligner på min far så funker alt fett nokk.
(16:08:45) (1) byggekvalitet er mitt ankepunkt på acer
Please look at the timestamp. There you see that the text comes in groups at 3 this time. And this is constant.
But it doesnt look like this if i write something back at the chan, then the text that is "missing" for a little while comes at once after i have written something, and after 1 sec it is back to where is was, the text comming in groups.
Here is what it looks like when i say something and everything comes rigth after that:

I have tried 5 different servers without any luck.
I have tried ctcp ping of the chan and persons that this problems occure with, but lagg is 1 sec.
I have tried testing my connection to the internett with a continous ping at another server (
www.vg.no) there the ping never got over 25ms and never under 19ms.
So is there anyone out there that knows what this comes of? This is just to damn irritating!
mIRC 6.16 is the version i use.

This happened after i formated my drive and installed everything, and suddenly it started. And there isnt one downloads on (dc++, kazaa or something).
So I dont know what this is, and hope someone can help me with it:)
