i think Syntax highlighting would be a very usefull addition to the mirc remote editor, for the people who frequently love to make mirc scripts, it would be a very usefull option, and its not off topic of something to addon to mirc, ive made a syntax highlighter in VB, and i imagine c++ wouldnt be much harder, it would just be nice to be able to stay inside the mirc app, and have syntax highlighting

You're wrong, khaled knows (he must do by now) that syntax highlighting is a really popular feature request, he knows a lot of people want it, just adding more and more posts isn't going to make him want to add it anymore than he already does.

Edit: just use meditor until (if) it's added to mIRC.

Continually posting about a particular suggestion will not make it anymore likely to be incorporated into the next version of mIRC. Khaled takes notes of feature suggestions, and with something like syntax highlighting, knows that it is popular.

Do note, Khaled very rarely says what will be included in the next version or what is on his to do list for future versions at all. There could be any number of reasons why a feature is not incorporated.

Regards,

Mentality/Chris
