That has nothing to do with the script you are using, and there is no way that I know of to block it. In appears in your /whois when someone sharing the same server as you /whois's you. Also, if someone uses /whois nickname nickname (i.e. specifies the nickname twice) then they can see the idle time even if they are not on your server.
If you're answering people's questions that is your choice, and you do it voluntarily - you are under no obligation to do so. So, if people start bugging you and telling you to start answering their questions, may I suggest you inform them that you are a volunteer and you don't have to, or simply /ignore them?
