Maybe this question has been asked but i couldnt find it. When you rightclick a channel name a 3 option popup appears. How do i modify that popup ? I'd like to add some options, like delayed join or invite join using a network service.

Afaik this is part of the program itself. It is not part of the popups you reach with the script editor.

Hit Alt + R and then go to the tab called Popups. There you can find them. You have 5 kinds of popups: Channel, Status, Nicklist, Query and Menubar - you can pretty much figure where these popups go by their names The Menubar one appears in the Toolbar, between the Tools and the Window menus (in v6.26).

Popups work this way:
Menu
.Submenu1: item1
.Submenu2
..Sub-submenu: item2

For each level you add a dot (.) in front of it. You can see some examples in the Popups tab and in /help popup menus
