Due to the abusive way in which the information could be treated and the fact that cloning is against rules on almost every network/server in existence, we won't help with abusive acts such as cloning/flooding/etc. on this forum even if your intentions are purely for testing purposes.
You could always use /server -m irc.server.here several times to load a few clones on to your server using your own hostname.
