Perhaps there could be a folder in the directory where mIRC was installed and all addons dled could go there. Then there could be a addon manager so that you can load and unload the addons. The same thing for scripts. It would allow you to switch from script to script.

Because I took a look at clients such as besirc and klient and there scripts are done through addons. Where it is a dll file and you can load it and unload it easily. I think mIRC should have something like that.

Once, I started coding something just like that. A database downloading from the web the dll needed to run the addon, and then it would load the addon instantly, and everything organized in a folder and managed by a single addon... but I had too many projects at the same time, and the result is that I just finished a single one, but it was the most important!
